Back in 2005, when the Atlanta real estate law firm I was working for offered me an opportunity to open up a satellite office in beautiful Charleston, I jumped at the chance! Immediately, I fell in love with the charm of the city, its rich history, amazing culture and natural beauty. I was so excited about making Charleston my new home that I decided to get my real estate license, so that I could help others call Charleston home as well! In 2006, I became a licensed real estate agent and started working in the new home sales industry, selling hundreds of houses for a variety of distinguished builders. This was not only a great opportunity to really get to know the community, but it also gave me insight into learning the industry's top marketing and negotiation techniques. I not only offer years of real estate experience, but an expert knowledge of the area.

 

Over the last 17 years, I have seen the extraordinary changes in Charleston, growing from a city that was dependent upon tourism, to one that now has a booming aviation and technology base.
